Letterman Tribute

Friday's aren't the best day for long dissertation-esque explications of the philosophical underpinnings of libertarianism and how the modern Republican establishment no longer reflects those basic precepts and their consequents. Friday is a day to relax, maybe sit at home and watch David Letterman. In his honor, I am posting the following Top Ten List

Top Ten Reasons Libertarians should to vote Democrat

  1. You can still hate Hugo Chavez.

  2. You can be smug about Abramoff (but not that smug).

  3. You can complement Ahmadinejad on his style.

  4. You can still hate John Kerry.

  5. You get to use wacky words like "RepubliKKKans."

  6. You don't have to subscribe to The New Republic anymore (just read Slate!)

  7. The girls! (They don't call us the Mommy party for nothing.)

  8. You won't be the first.

  9. You can still hate the Daily Kos.

  10. You might not feel so bad about sneaking into the AFF for free beer. (Think of it as welfare.)
